Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details. This is your electronic receipt, keep it safe! Just sit tight and wait to receive your items.

Haven’t received your order confirmation? Check your junk mail folder first!
Still can’t find it? Please email our Customer Service team at help@hellbunny.com with your full name and postal address, and the date you placed the order to help us track it down.

Whoops… I made a mistake

If you’ve had a change of heart and want to cancel your order, you must email our Customer Service team within 30 minutes of your initial order. We receive a large volume of orders on a daily basis and, to ensure we keep up with demand, all orders will be processed after the 30 minute grace period. Please make sure you contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.
