The sweetheart neckline is traced with a black collar trim detail, before the fitted bodice is accentuated with a matching black panel at the waist. A full circle skirt flows from the waistband, perfect for pairing with our petticoats for vintage volume. As if this dress couldn’t get any cuter, heart-shaped pockets finish the skirt with black ruffles around the hem.
