The chest is accentuated with a black velvet button-up detail, finishing at the underbust seam. Black, velvet puffed sleeves are finished with fitted cuffs to give structure and drama. The fitted bodice shapes until the waistline, before flowing into a flared skirt that’s perfect for dancing the night away.
