I’ve ordered… what happens now?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details. This is your electronic receipt, keep it safe! Just sit tight and wait to receive your items.

Whoops… I made a mistake

If you’ve had a change of heart and want to cancel your order, you must email our Customer Service team within 30 minutes of your initial order. We receive a large volume of orders on a daily basis and, to ensure we keep up with demand, all orders will be processed after the 30 minute grace period. Please make sure you contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.

UK Delivery

Delivery

Orders placed before 12 pm Monday-Thursday will be posted with our Next Day Shipping service. If you place an order after 12 pm, or over a weekend, your order will be sent on the next working day, for instance, Saturday orders will be posted on Monday. Please note although we try our best it's not guaranteed to be shipped the next day and orders may be affected over bank holidays, promotions, and during sale periods.  

Next-Day shipping is free on any orders over £65 

For orders under £65, there is a default shipping fee of £4.99
We use DPD as a courier for your fabulous new items and, to make it extra secure, we make sure the delivery driver asks for a signature or image when they deliver. If there is no one to take in the parcel, the driver will leave the parcel at the nearest parcel shop. ( unless you have arranged a safe place for the item/s to be left via the DPD app.) They will not attempt to deliver again in most circumstances.

DPD will send you an update via email or text and sometimes both if delivered to the local pick-up shop. The parcel will stay there for a maximum of 7 days then it will be sent back to us as a non-delivery ( if this happens there could be extra return costs ) 

 

Cancellation of Order

If you’ve had a change of heart and want to cancel your order, you must email our Customer Service team within 30 minutes of your initial order. We receive a large volume of orders on a daily basis and, to ensure we keep up with demand, all orders will be processed after the 30-minute grace period. Please make sure you contact us promptly with your order number if you wish to cancel or update any information. Once it is picked and packed the order will be dispatched. 

Out of Stock

When you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our wonderful team in HQ. This then allows your order to be sent to the warehouse. Once your order has been picked and the delivery label has been printed, you will be able to track your parcel with all your new goodies from door to door!

We love that our customers all have fantastic fashion sense, but sometimes our hardworking warehouse team can’t keep up with the demand. On the rare occasion that any items from your order are found to be out of stock during the picking process, you will be refunded straight away and notified by email. 

If only part of your order is out of stock, the remaining items will still be shipped, regardless of if they make up part of a set. For instance, we will still send a bikini top, even if the bikini bottoms are out of stock. Don’t fret - if the remaining items don’t take the total over £65 for free delivery, as long as the initial order value was over £65 then you will not be charged to ship the remaining items.

International Delivery

Delivery

For all other international orders, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Please make sure you have checked the cost before confirming your order as, once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.

 

We use DHL as our couriers for all other international orders, and we aim for them to be delivered within 10-14 working days after you have placed your order. We understand you are really excited to receive your new clothes, but please make sure you have waited the maximum 14 working days before contacting Customer Service regarding your order.

Please be aware, you are responsible to pay any import duties on your parcel when it arrives at customs. Additionally, if any taxes are applied to your order, these must be paid to release your parcel to allow it to continue its journey to you! If for any reason the taxes and/or import duties are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis and our Customer Service team will be in touch. If we discover that delivery was refused, the taxes, import duties, and overall cost of returning the parcel back to us will be deducted from the price of the order, and the refund will be the remaining amount.

If you have been waiting for your order to arrive longer than the allocated delivery time frame, please email help@hellbunny.com with your order number and postal address, and our Customer Service team will look into this for you.

How can I track my delivery?

Please enter a valid email address and contact number when placing an order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking link. 

Where is my order?

How do I return my order?

We believe you'll love your Hell Bunny pieces but if you've changed your mind, please see some important information below:

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. We recommend you post your items back using a tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.

If you need a new size or colour, please place a new order as we do not offer exchanges.

We encourage you to try on your order like you would in a shop (to make sure it is perfect for you!) but please don't actually wear it. All items are inspected upon return and, in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

Once your returned items have been checked by our warehouse team. Allow 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) From the date that the parcel arrived back to us for the refund to be processed. Please note, this will exclude any postage and packaging costs.

You will find your returns slip in with your order.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is incredibly important to us, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

Any items with the hygiene sticker removed, eg. swimwear

Face coverings with the seal broken or tampered with.

 

We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn or marked. This includes, but is not limited to:

Make-up

Deodorant or perfume

Pet hair or dander

Cigarette smoke

Food spillages

 

Faulty Items

We take the utmost care sourcing our manufacturers to create our items, however, we understand that on rare occasions this can happen.

If you find a garment to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, providing detailed images along with your order number. When your item has been returned, it will be inspected by our design team and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, we will not only refund your postage but either refund your original garment or send you a replacement with our super speedy Next Day Delivery.

Please note, our usual terms for delivery apply so your replacement order will be sent on the next working day.

Where is my refund?

We know it can be frustrating when you are waiting for a refund. Please be aware it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed after your return has been received by our warehouse team. We will be in contact within this time if we need any more information from you regarding your return.

Upon receipt of your email, we will confirm all the details with you and confirm a collection date or dropoff location. The label will come directly from DHL to your email address, please check your spam folder before contacting customer services again. If you have to contact us again make sure you use the original email for the return process.

All items are inspected upon return and, in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags and labels.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety are incredibly important to us, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

Any items with the hygiene sticker removed, eg. swimwear

We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn or marked. This includes, but is not limited to:
Make-up
Deodorant or perfume
Pet hair or dander
Cigarette smoke
Food spillages

Important information about return labels.
Each label is assigned to a specific return. To receive the correct refund, don’t include items from multiple orders unless you have agreed with this with customer services.

Allow 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) From the date that the parcel arrived back to us for the refund to be processed. Due to the demand of our unique styles, we do occasionally sell out of certain colours or sizes. We regularly receive deliveries to replenish our clothes, so make sure you have signed up to our mailing list.to be one of the first to find out when your favourite items are back in stock.

Are there any shops that sell Hell Bunny items?

Unfortunately there aren’t currently any Hell Bunny shops, but we do have lots of independent retailers selling our goods!

If you are looking for one of the fabulous shops that stocks our garments, please be aware of the possibility the items might not be genuine Hell Bunny. We do not verify any stockist that claims to sell our clothes, either online or in shops, and we urge you to research the retailer carefully before committing to a purchase.

Button Replacement

Unfortunately, we're unable to hold spare buttons for our designs so please make sure you take care of your garments. If in doubt, all care instructions are on the inside label of the item.

Terms & Conditions 

  • Our gift cards are redeemable online only and are available as E-gift cards sent via email. Gift Cards are redeemable for one year, from the date of purchase
  • All of our gift cards can be purchased in your chosen currency.
  • Your e-gift card should be treated like cash and you must ensure that it is kept safe until you, or your intended recipient, need it.
  • As soon as you have received your confirmation email, the e-gift card can be used straight away.
  • Once activated, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen e-gift cards, or any credit amounts on such cards, and we can’t offer cash or credit in place of the balance on a lost or stolen e-gift card.

How much do I have left on my Gift Card?

You can check your remaining balance via the ‘Gift Card’ section in your Hell Bunny Account.

Will my refund go back on to my Gift Card?

Yes, any items returned that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded onto the original card number - so make sure you keep the number safe! Sometimes it may 

If you used more than one payment method for a purchase, we will refund the Gift Card amount first and then refund the outstanding balance you are owed on to the other payment method.

Klarna Pay Later

Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of smooth payments to more than 200,000 online stores. Over 85 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.

How does Pay later in 30 days work?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then have 30 days to try on your order and only pay when you’re happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card in Klarna.app or by logging into www.klarna.com/uk.

Am I eligible for Pay later in 30 days?

To use Pay later in 30 days you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 30 days is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 30 days, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay later in 30 days?

Klarna is unique and offers Pay later in 30 days based on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability. If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later in 30 days by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have had Pay later in 30 days before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.

Will a credit search take place against me?

Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Hell Bunny run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

Why have I not been offered Pay later in 30 days?

Although Pay later in 30 days is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay later in 30 days method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.

What are my payment options with Klarna?

You can pay with debit or credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay later in 30 days payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card. You can always monitor your outstanding payments in the Klarna app.

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as Hell Bunny have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

Can I exchange my order?

We're unable to offer exchanges with Klarna at the moment, we'll refund your order instead and then you can place your order again in the new size/colour 

What happens if I don’t pay for my order?

Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive a push notification from the Klarna app or email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll also send you a text or letter, too. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 30 days’ products even if you have failed to pay on time.

I have been asked to go to the Klarna site. Is this correct?

If you have chosen to Pay later in 30 days, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card. You are always able to view payments instructions in the Klarna app.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Hell Bunny. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

Can I pay before the due date?

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email or in the Klarna app to pay for your order.

Have you received my payment?

If you pay by card, Hell Bunny will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later in 30 days, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in to the Klarna app or www.klarna.com/uk.

What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?

Once Hell Bunny has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my goods.

You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please call Hell Bunny to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.

I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.

If you do not have your statement number to hand you can log into the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all of your orders and be able to make payments.

Klarna Pay in 3

How does Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments work?

Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Hell Bunny and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

Am I eligible for Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments?

To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. What happens if I don’t pay for my order?

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at Hell Bunny from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.

What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?

Once Hell Bunny has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my goods.

In the event that your goods have not been received please call Hell Bunny to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.

I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.

You can log in the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all of your orders and payment schedule information.
