Bolero style panels frame the sleeves and sweetheart neckline, making a flirty keyhole detail. Pink contrasting piping accentuates the neck, hem, and short puffed sleeves, with a pink bow detail at the neck for even more whimsy. The fitted bodice shapes until the waistline, before flowing into a full circle skirt with pockets in the side seams for added practicality.
